After the problem was diagnosed I made the decision it was time to replace my 23 year old opener. I felt the cost quoted was fair and work was started immediately. In short time the opener was installed and I was given a complete explanation of it's functions. Jeff and Dustin conducted themselves in a professional manner. He called and asked if he could come early, and as I am retired, early was no problem. He quickly diagnosed the garage door opener issue as a broken spring and very quickly installed a new one.
